Entropy lies with me.
I am the black, the void of space and reality as you know it. Temptation, rage, despair, and all the like fall within my reach.
I dwell in all places where the light fails to shine. The corners of your mind, in the silence of night, and the final breath drawn from life.
My purpose is to rend existence. To burn the sea to vapor and snap the threads of reality. Until all that remains is the black, I will not stop.
I reach into the many minds adrift in desperation and twist until it is done.
You are not safe, nestled in your woven cradle of the sea.
For in the depths lies my Abyss.

The Evil Beyond is one of the more abstract creations compared to the Overseer.
Where the Overseer shines its light, the void of it holds the Evil Beyond. It exists as the negative to the Collective and acts as the aggressor to existence as a whole.
This is how I created a version of good vs evil on a grander level between the two while maintaining the aspect of cosmic balance between positive and negative forces.
I have a solid amount of stuff planned for incorporating some of the cosmic elements from both sides for my Files of 2300 series.
This is only one of the various representations of the Evil Beyond, which I’m going to have fun playing with whenever I get a chance!
